VHDA - Implements ProLink™

Richmond, VA – The Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA), the Commonwealth's mortgage finance agency, has awarded Analytic Solutions a contract to implement ProLinkCMO™ to help support its Multifamily Development operations.

"Analytic Solutions is proud to provide a system that allows VDHA to capture data effectively while managing the many nuances of a Multifamily Portfolio," said Shawn McKenna, President, Analytic Solutions. "ProLinkCMO™ gathers data in a consistent and logical manner from creation to final disposition, using a common set of tools, standards and policies."

Analytic Solutions' software will improve VHDA's automation and business processes as well as consolidate redundant data sources and improve data accuracy.

"ProLinkCMO™ integrates Multifamily data across organizational business units to make information more accessible and easier to understand to a wide array of VHDA's stakeholders. This maintains process flexibility and supports frequent changes to business processes in a timely manner," said Robert Frisch, Vice President of Development, Analytic Solutions.
