ProLink™ Documents provide a data exchange between the
ProLink™ system and Microsoft Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.
Linked documents and spreadsheets draw information already collected in the ProLink™
database and send changes and additions back. This allows easy data transfer between
all of your documents and spreadsheets. These documents may be filled out on the
user's computer while off-line (e.g. on a plane, in a hotel room, in the field)
then uploaded when connected to the Internet
ProLink™ Documents convert familiar pre-existing forms and spreadsheets as
well as new customized ones, making information easily accessible and editable within
a specialized format. ProLink™ Documents allow ProLink™ users re-use
data in all documents needed during the processes.
