provides loan servicing solutions for more than $500 billion in loans worldwide. More than 80% of
all commercial mortgage backed securities and 70% of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loans

The Challenge
Tracking and reporting project status throughout an organization is a complex process.
With information and consultants scattered across different office locations, McCracken
management needed a way to oversee progression of its numerous projects.

Since 1984, Chicago-based Equis Corporation has operated as one of the largest full-service
real estate firms in the United States focusing exclusively on the business space user. With
26 offices nationwide as well as offices in London, Budapest, Mexico, Brazil, India and Singapore,
Equis offers services including portfolio management and strategic planning, transaction and project
management, auditing services and financial consulting.
The Challenge
Analyzing and monitoring hundreds of real estate transactions is a complex process. Each
